Worship

We celebrate Mass at 10:30am Sunday morning.

What is the typical Sunday service at St. Peter’s?
The form of a typical service goes back to the beginnings of Christian worship. The first part( the Liturgy of the Word) consists of hymns, Psalms, Bible readings, a sermon and prayers. The second part is the Holy Communion, which has as its heart the Last Supper.

This is a traditional Mass with sermon and hymns.
Come join us and start your week off with a gathering as God’s people!

The choral direction of Ms. Jackie Arlotto brings the sermon and readings alive through music.

After Mass, there is prayer and healing at Mary’s Altar, led by members of the local chapter of the Daughters of the Kings.

Parish Prayer

Almighty and everlasting God. Make our parish of St. Peter’s truly a community of prayer. Raise up in our midst the resources and leadership which will enable us to act upon what you would have us do; in this place and in a ministry of love and concern for others. Open my heart and mind to discern what you would have me do, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
