Seeds of Hope

Mission: To sow the “Seeds of Hope” in the hearts of the homeless, the lonely, the hungry and the wounded.

Members of St. Peter’s parish offer a free luncheon program for the community called Seeds of Hope. This luncheon takes place the 3rd Saturday of each month and is run by volunteers from St. Peter’s and other community churches. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 1:00pm. Please contact the parish office for more information regarding COVID-19 restriction impacts.

Salvation Army Lunch Kitchen

Members of St. Peter’s parish assist in the free lunch program operated by our local Salvation Army. This program helps feed the most vulnerable members of the community. We prepare and serve lunch the 2nd Tuesday, every other month. We also prepare a dessert for the alternate months.

Anyone interested in helping to prepare or serve meals may contact Eileen Cook, Roberta Brandreth, or Deacon Marion. Please contact the parish office for more information regarding COVID-19 restriction impacts.
